Your hair, your way
OO! works across all hair types. Here's how to get the most from yours.
Straight & fine
Gentle, full strokes from root to tip. Light pressure — let the resonance do the work.
Wavy
Medium pressure, follow your natural wave pattern. Great on damp hair after washing.
Curly & coily
Start at the ends, work up. Use with conditioner or detangler for slip. Slow, gentle strokes.
Extensions & wigs
Safe for clip-ins and most bonded extensions. Start gently from the ends, holding the root.
Color-treated
Completely safe. Reduced mechanical friction means less color fade from brushing.
Thick & dense
Section your hair. Medium pressure. The vibration helps bristles penetrate thick layers.
Take it anywhere
Your OO!brush is IPX6 water resistant — built for real life.
Great under shower spray and on wet hair.

Cleaning your OO!brush
Quick clean
Remove loose hair from the bristles by hand. Rinse under running water. Shake off excess and air dry bristle-side down.
Deep clean (monthly)
Remove hair, then use a soft toothbrush with mild soap and warm water to gently scrub between the bristles and around the dome. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry completely before charging.

LED indicator guide
Slow pulsing light while plugged in
Charging. Takes about 2 hours for a full charge.
Light turns steady when plugged in
Fully Charged. It's ready to use. Safe to leave plugged in overnight.
LED is steady on when in use
Off when unplugged and turned off.
A flashing LED during use
Low Battery. You have a few uses left, plug it in soon.
Is this normal? (Yes.)
The hum / buzzing sound
Completely normal. That's Harmonic Resonance — the motor driving the bristle spring at ~56 Hz. It's quieter than an electric toothbrush.
Tingling feeling on my scalp
Normal and intentional. The vibration stimulates blood flow to the scalp. Some people love it immediately, others get used to it over a few days.
Vibration feels different when I press harder
Normal. You're changing the load on the motor. Lighter pressure = more vibration. Find the pressure that feels right for you.
Sound changes slightly over time
Normal. As battery depletes, the motor draws slightly differently. Charge it up and it'll sound exactly like day one.
Battery & charging
How long does a charge last?
About 3 weeks of daily use.
Can I use any USB-C cable?
Yes. Any standard USB-C cable works — the one in the box, your phone charger, your laptop cable.
Can I leave it plugged in overnight?
Yes. The battery management system prevents overcharging.
Something not right?
We've got you. Try a quick fix first — or reach a real person anytime.
Won't turn on or charge
Most common issue — usually a quick fix
1. Try a different USB-C cable. 2. Check the charging port for lint or debris. 3. Make sure the port is completely dry. 4. Charge for at least 30 minutes, then try powering on. 5. Still nothing? Contact us below.
Unusual noise or rattling
Let's figure out what you're hearing
1. A smooth hum is normal — that's Harmonic Resonance. 2. Check for loose hair wrapped around the dome or bristle base. 3. Clean off any product buildup — it can change the sound. 4. Grinding, clicking, or intermittent rattling? Contact us below.
Bristle tip came off
Rare, but here's what to do
1. Stop using the brush if any ball tip is missing — the exposed end can scratch the scalp. 2. Contact us below for a warranty replacement.
Vibration feels weak
A few things to check
1. Charge it fully — low battery reduces motor power. 2. Lighter pressure = more vibration. Ease up and see if it improves. 3. Clean around the dome and bristle base. 4. Fully charged and clean but still weak? Contact us below.
